Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you aren't 100% satisfied, merchandise can be returned for exchange, credit or refund. All claims should be made within 30 days of reciept of merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Deductions on multiple savings items are subject to reduction if merchandise is returned. To return non-mailable items, just call our Customer Service line: 1-800-488-8216 to arrange for pick-up. Due to the personal nature of some products, as well as health and safety concerns, some products cannot be accepted for returns or credit refunds. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, wrong color or size, you may promptly return it in the original packaging along with the return slip for full credit of the merchandise price. Out-of-stock & substitution policy
If an item is out of stock, we'll notify you at the time of your order. We'll keep you informed of the expected ship date with the option to cancel at any time. In some cases, we may send a substitute of equal or greater value at the same price as your original order. If a substitute is not available and additional stock cannot be obtained, we will cancel your order. We reserve the right to limit quantities to properly serve all our customers.
Cancellation & policy
We will attempt to cancel any unshipped order, provided you notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.
